SCHRIMP BRUSCHETTAS
Made to share, this recipe is the perfect solution for an easy bite & the best of all, they take just a few minutes to be made.
Ingredients
- Bakery made baguette.
- AvoGrand Avocado Pulp.
- Olive spray.
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise.
- 1 crushed garlic clove.
- 200g of cooked shrimp.
Preparation
- Preheat the grill on medium. Trim ends from baguette and cut into pieces.
- Lightly spray both sides of baguette slices with olive oil spray.
- Cook under grill for 1-2 mins each side or until the breads look light golden.
- Place your AvoGrand avocado pulp to your liking & mix with the garlic, our pulp has lemon already, so you can add more if you like.
- Place the toasted baguette on a serving plate, place the Avogrand pulp mixed with garlic on top of the bread & add the shrimps.
