MANGO & AVOCADO SALAD

Avocado can also be accompanied by other fruits to create amazing combinations that will make your day better. Today we are going to show you how to prepare a healthy, nutritious and delicious salad featuring mango, orange, and of course, some avocado.


Ingredients

  • Large avocado.
  • Mango.
  • Orange.
  • Salt.
Preparation

  • Dice the avocado and mango.
  • Peel the orange and remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Place a layer of avocado, then a mango and an orange inside a glass container.
  • Repeat this process until the glass is filled and turn it over on a plate to serve.
  • At the end add a pinch of salt.
