CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Avocado couldn’t get any sweeter with this chocolate avocado mousse This mousse is 100% gluten free, egg free, dairy free, completely vegan and absolutely delicious! The texture coming out of the fridge is amazing. But you’ll see it after you finish.


Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of coconut oil.
  • 1 ounce of 100% pure dark chocolate.
  • 3 spoonfuls of cacao powder.
  • 1 spoonful of instant coffee.
  • 6 pitted medjool dates.
  • 2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk.
  • 2 spoonfuls of maple syrup.
  • 1 spoonful of vanilla.
Preparation

  • Set a small metal bowl atop a small pan of water, filled about ⅓ of the way. Set on high heat until it boils, then turn it down to a simmer.
  • Melt the first four ingredients in the bowl, stirring occasionally.
  • In a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend until it is almost smooth.
  • Add in the chocolate mixture and continue to blend until it is completely smooth.
  • Scoop into bowls. Place in the refrigerator to firm up for 4 hours or eat it soft and warm straight out of the blender, that’s up to you.
  • It can stay for at least 1 day or 2 covered in the fridge.
