AVOCADO & LEMON PIE
This is a delicious, easy, healthy & refreshing way of cooking a dessert, also it doesn’t need to be baked & gives super speedy results
working with already made pie crusts, just make sure that the crusts are cooled & baked before using it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of grated coconut.
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
- 1 package of cream cheese.
- 1 prepared pie crust.
- 1 cup of raspberries.
Preparation
- Blend the AvoGrand avocado pulp along with the cream cheese, the condensed milk, lime & lemon juice in a blender until there’s a smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust & refrigerate for half an hour.
- Decorate with the raspberries & the grated coconut to your liking, so you can try your delicious avocado pie.
