Mexican Guacamole Dip
September is the month of national holidays in Mexico, a month to celebrate and enjoy your favorite dishes.
For that reason we leave you a recipe that goes well with the typical dishes of Mexico and is also very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of AvoGrand Avocado pulp.
- 5 green tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
- 3 tablespoons of cream.
- 1 branch of coriander.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 serrano pepper (optional).
Preparation
- Cook the tomatoes for 10-15 minutes.Pour only the tomatoes (without the water), cream, coriander and the serrano pepper in the blender, mix them completely.
- If the mixture is too thick for the blades to mix, pour in ½ cup of the chicken broth.
- Do not forget to season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Empty your guacamole as a special dip for nachos or use it to accompany your flautas, tacos, sopes, gorditas or your favorite food.
