Mexican Guacamole Dip

September is the month of national holidays in Mexico, a month to celebrate and enjoy your favorite dishes.

For that reason we leave you a recipe that goes well with the typical dishes of Mexico and is also very easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups of AvoGrand Avocado pulp.
  • 5 green tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
  • 3 tablespoons of cream.
  • 1 branch of coriander.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 serrano pepper (optional).
Preparation

  • Cook the tomatoes for 10-15 minutes.Pour only the tomatoes (without the water), cream, coriander and the serrano pepper in the blender, mix them completely.
  • If the mixture is too thick for the blades to mix, pour in ½ cup of the chicken broth.
  • Do not forget to season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Empty your guacamole as a special dip for nachos or use it to accompany your flautas, tacos, sopes, gorditas or your favorite food.
