AVOCADO CHOCOLATE & BANANA PIE

It’s Epsilon gourmet friday! For today we’re going to give you a new and delicious way of eating avocado with chocolate, this idea can be a perfect and healthy recipe for a dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • 3 large bananas.
  • ¾ of cup dutch processed cocoa.
  • ¼ of cup milk of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon of molasses.
  • Pie crust.
  • Chocolate chip cookie dough (without chips).
Preparation

  • Prepare cookie dough as stated but don’t use the chocolate chips.
  • Press dough into a pie pan and blind bake covered with foil and beans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the beans and foil and bake for 10 minutes or until the entire crust is brown and crisp.
  • For the filling, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mix is smooth.
  • Pour the mix into the cooled crust and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until it's set.
  • Thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
