CHICKEN & AVOCADO TACOS




Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken cut into strips.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 4 clove herbs.
  • 3 black peppers.
  • 1 cup of tomato puree.
  • 1 Epsilon Integra-Trade avocado.
  • 10 stewed guajillo chillis.
  • 2 chilli peppers.
  • ¼ of onion.
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice.
  • 1 bar of annato.
  • ¼ cup of vinegar.
  • ½ of finely chopped purple onion.
  • 1 cup of coriander.
  • 1 cup of radish.
  • ½ kg of tortillas.
  • Salt to your liking.
Preparation

  • Roast the garlic, the onion & the herbs.
  • Blend these ingredients with the chillis, the puree, pineapple juice, the annato & the vinegar with salt to your liking.
  • Put the chicken strips inside a bowl & pour the mix into it & let the chicken marinate for one hour.
  • Fry the strips & heat the tortillas.
  • Put the chicken strips over the tortilla, add the radish slices & put the avocado cut into slices aside of the chicken.
