Avocado Baguette
Avocado ideas including egg will never get old, Today we are going to introduce you to a new way of eating this amazing
combination by getting a baguette into the mix.
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette.
- 1 cup of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
- Red pepper crushed.
- Salt.
- Eggs.
- Oil.
Preparation
- Cut the baguette in half and reserve.
- In a bowl place the avocado pulp and add a pinch of salt.
- After that In a frying pan, place the oil and once it is hot add the egg with salt.
- With a pastry sleeve put the avocado AvoGrand pulp on top of the egg yolks & decorate with the black sesame.
- Have the bread and put the avocado over it, to finish, place the egg and decorate with red pepper to your liking.
