Avocado, quinoa & apple salad.
Salads can be prepared in many ways & are helpful when you're trying to change your diet to a more healthier way of eating.
This salad in particular is very easy & has a combination of flavors that will make you want to try it again.
Ingredients
- A bag of mixed lettuce.
- Previously cooked quinoa.
- Red Apple.
- Almonds.
- Chia.
- Avocado.
- A pinch of salt.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
- Cut the lettuce into pieces, just like the apple.
- In a bowl mix the lettuce and the apple.
- Pour a splash of olive oil and a little salt.
- On a plate, place the lettuce mixture & place a tablespoon of quinoa and avocado slices.
- To finish, place the almonds & finally sprinkle with chia.
